Integrative Health
There are moments when this appointment may be helpful, though if you are beginning your healing journey, I feel your money would be much better invested in my 1:1 Private Integrative Health Consultation Package.
Healing is a process. I create unique and personalized plans for each of my clients. I feel my package provides a better opportunity for us to work together and really get to the root cause of your issues and will be more cost-effective for you. $190.00
In this package, you will receive (4) 1:1 Integrative Health consultations with me spread out over 4 months with email check-ins in between. The first two appointments will be 1 hour, and the last two appointments will be 30 minutes.
This package is more cost effective and will allow us to take a deeper look at things. Healing is individualized and unique for each person. I have found that breaking things down in these intervals allows us to work together to find the root causes of your health issues, to improve your health, and create a plan that will make your health a priority, longevity will become your focus, and create a lifestyle for success! $531.00 (3 payments of $177.00)

Christ-centered Breathwork
This appt has a purpose, though if you are beginning your healing journey, I feel your money would be much better invested in my 1:1 Private Breathwork Session Package. Healing is a process & the package allows us to work through your needs more deeply. With this one off session, we’ll spend 30-60 minutes going over what has been happening in your life, symptoms in your body, and the stresses in your life, and determine the focus of our work together. Then we will go over what you can expect & slowly begin the guided breathwork session with active conscious circular Breathwork, which will go for 60 minutes. You will have time for slow integration back into your day, and time to ask questions and discuss your session. $190.00
If you would like to pamper yourself a bit more, are dealing with chronic health issues, or have experienced trauma in your life, this is a great package for you. Like the single 1:1 Breathwork session, we’ll spend 30-60 minutes going over what has been happening in your life, symptoms in your body, and the stresses in your life, and determine the focus of our work together. Then we will go over what you can expect & slowly begin the guided breathwork session with active conscious circular Breathwork, which will go for 60 minutes. You will have time for slow integration back into your day and time to ask questions and discuss your session. This package is more cost-effective and will help you go deeper and have greater results than just a single session. $531.00 (3 payments of $177.00)
Though this is a group session, you will only see and hear me. I keep my group sessions very private and hold a very safe and comfortable space. This is a great introduction to breathwork as well as a great form of weekly nurturing / self-care and maintenance. Because this is such a valuable tool and I want to be able to nurture as many people as I can, I keep these sessions very affordable. $27.00
